Gill brings a wealth of coaching experience from his time at Norwich City, where he oversaw the academy and nurtured emerging talents such as Max Aarons, Todd Cantwell, Ben Godfrey, and Jamal Lewis while managing the under-21s. His coaching journey has also seen him work alongside former Norwich colleague Russell Martin at MK Dons, Swansea City, Southampton, and most recently, Rangers. Additionally, his time under Paul Lambert at Ipswich Town further enriches his coaching credentials.
