Kenny McLean, Pelle Mattsson, and Oscar Schwartau are missing from Norwich City's matchday squad for the lunchtime clash with Watford.
Mattsson was withdrawn at half-time during last weekend's victory at The Valley due to tightness in his hamstrings. He was replaced by McLean, who was making his return from an ankle problem.
McLean has since experienced further ankle discomfort and has not been passed fit, while Mattsson continues to struggle with the issue that forced his early departure at Charlton.
Key Players Returning and Missing
The reason for Schwartau's absence has not been disclosed, but Philippe Clement is expected to provide an update after the game.
Sam Field and Anthony Musaba come into the starting XI, while Jose Cordoba is preferred to Harry Darling.
There is a welcome return on the bench for Mirko Topic, who has been out with an ACL injury since last November. The Serbian has recently stepped up his recovery with two 45-minute appearances for the Under-21s.
Injury Updates and Squad Changes
Lucien Mahovo and Anis Ben Slimane were both left out of the 20-man squad for the win at Charlton but return among the substitutes today.
Gabe Forsyth (knee) has suffered a minor setback after recently featuring regularly for the development side. Clement confirmed that a scan had revealed no cause for concern.
Papa Amadou Diallo (thigh) remains sidelined, with hopes that a recent visit to a specialist has identified the underlying cause of his recurring muscular problems.
Mo Toure is on track to return in January after undergoing surgery on a dislocated shoulder. The striker is currently in Australia, completing the first stage of his rehabilitation.
Toure's close friend Ali Ahmed (ACL) is expected to miss most of the campaign.
