Jacob Wright's Ambition at Norwich City
Jacob Wright is ready and willing to grab any chance to impress Philippe Clement this season at Norwich City - with a little help from Liam Gibbs.
Wright's late cameo against West Brom sparked a consolation goal for Mathias Kvistgaarden, when his snapshot was parried by Max O'Leary.
The 20-year-old looked to have added a more aggressive edge to his midfield artistry during some eye-catching pre-season outings, and feels in good shape to stake his claim.

"For me, it's just about trying to be the best I can every day," he said. "When the games come around, try and impact them as much as possible."
"I think it's more important for me at the moment to take each game and opportunity as it comes and not put too much pressure on the outcome and the end goal."

Wright's Journey from Manchester City
Wright's drive and tenacity saw him emerge through Manchester City's high-end academy under the guidance of former Citizens guru Pep Guardiola, before moving to Norfolk.
"What absolutely motivates me the most is not having any regrets by the time it comes to the end of my career," he said, speaking to the club's West Brom matchday magazine.
"I don't want to look back and think, 'Oh, I wish I'd have done this better or wish I'd worked a bit harder.'
"I just want to get to the highest level I possibly can and that's why I work so hard every day."
