INDEPENDENT · UNOFFICIAL · EVIDENCE FIRST
About & methodology
We help Norwich City supporters answer one question: what changed?
Each transfer story follows a possible player movement on one persistent timeline, from the first reported link to its outcome. We summarise meaningful developments and link to the original publishers.
What makes a development meaningful?
Talks starting, a bid, an agreement or a move falling through can change a story. Another headline repeating the same claim usually does not. Clear independent support can matter when it changes the strength of the evidence.
Sources and reporting origins
Publishers are approved before automated ingestion. We consider their reputation, original reporting and relevant expertise. Five websites repeating one reporter do not become five independent confirmations. Attribution that cannot be established safely goes to review.
What confidence means
Confidence describes the strength of evidence for the current reported state, not a probability that a transfer will happen.
- Low: limited, speculative or uncertain evidence.
- Medium: credible reporting with limited independent confirmation.
- High: strong original reporting supported by independent evidence.
- Confirmed: an explicit official announcement of the completed move.
A media report that a deal is complete remains “Reported Complete” until an official origin verifies it. A bid being rejected does not, by itself, prove the move is off.
Automation and editorial review
We use automated discovery and AI-assisted claim extraction to help identify new information. AI proposes interpretations; application rules validate publication and confidence changes. Trusted, clear cases can publish automatically. Ambiguous player matches, unclear attribution, conflicts and failures require owner review.
Corrections and alerts
Transfer reporting changes. We preserve dated developments and record corrections rather than presenting every rumour as fact. Send a correction or attribution concern with the story URL and supporting source.
Email alerts follow published developments rather than every discovered article. You can follow a single transfer or all Norwich City moves, choose major developments only, and unsubscribe at any time.
Independent publication
