Christos Tzolis Eyes Big Move
Christos Tzolis struggled to ignite during his ill-fated Norwich City spell, but revival at Club Brugge has placed him on the radar of Europe's elite and dreaming of a move to the top.
The winger was crowned Pro League Player of the Season after a remarkable year that has seen the ex-Canaries man produce 22 goals and 29 assists in 51 appearances in all competitions.
Top European Clubs Interested
Tzolis has been linked with moves to some of Europe's biggest clubs, including Juventus, Manchester United, Barcelona, Chelsea, Roma, Galatasaray, and Aston Villa, after impressing since his switch to Belgium.
It is little surprise the 24-year-old is expected to become one of the most in-demand attackers in Europe this summer. Tzolis, though, is relaxed about what the summer may hold.
"First I'm going to the national team, and afterwards I can spend some free time with family and friends. We'll see after that. I have a great connection with Club Brugge, so I'm not stressed at all," Tzolis said.
Reflecting on His Career Journey
The Greek international struggled to hit top form during his time at Carrow Road, playing 30 times for the club after an £8.8 million move from PAOK in 2021. A successful loan to Fortuna Dusseldorf saw him earn his move to Brugge, where his career has taken off.
Since his move to Belgium, Tzolis has contributed 88 goal involvements in 108 matches, becoming one of the best players in the Pro League in the process. The former City man was key to their title-winning campaign.
"It means a lot to me. We have had a great season as a team. They helped me reach this level," Tzolis told Belgian outlet HLN.
"Am I tired? Not at all. I feel like I have the momentum. I could play another match tomorrow. I love statistics and I am proud of my numbers from this season," he added.
